This course includes the effects of an ADAMTS13 deficiency, other diseases having the same symptoms as Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP), properties of ADAMTS13, attributes of ADAMTS13 activity assays, the differences between the ELISA and ADAMTS13 assays, attributes of the Bethesda assay, and the steps in the ADAMTS13 testing algorithm.
